We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you promptly to make it right.

When a refund or replacement applies

• Your parcel arrives damaged in transit.
• You receive an incorrect item or quantity.
• Your order does not arrive within a reasonable time and cannot be traced.

Health and safety exclusions

For safety and regulatory reasons, correctly supplied medicines that have left our facility cannot be accepted back into stock. This protects every customer and is standard practice for pharmacy supply.

How to raise a request

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs. We will review and respond quickly with the next steps.
